Enrolment

On receipt of a completed application form and a registration fee (non refundable) of £30 your child's details will be placed on the waiting list for the term of entry of your choice.

The application form and cheque should be sent to the school address above. Cheques should be made payable to 'Norfolk Lodge School'. All applications will be acknowledged in writing.

Offer of a place
If you are applying for a place well in advance we will offer you a place (if we are able to) about one to two terms before your chosen term of entry. If you are applying for a place close to the date you want to start we will offer you a place (if we are able to) straightaway. To accept our written offer of a place at the school parents need to:

1. Pay a deposit of £300.
2. Send a copy of their child's birth certificate.
3. Send a completed direct debit mandate.

The deposit will be deducted from the fees for the last term. Once the three items above have been received your child's place is guaranteed. The deposit is not refundable in the event that your child does not attend the nursery once the place has been accepted.

Withdrawal
Parents of children attending Norfolk Lodge are required to give one full term's notice of leaving in writing to the School Secretary.

In the event of the required notice not being given parents will lose their deposit.
